Kel had to go out for an appt just now in the afternoon. When he goes out, I would usually carry Dawn & send him off at the door. I would also ask Dawn to wave bye bye to him. Since she doesn't know how to wave yet, I would normally 'help' her to wave bye bye.
For a couple of weeks, we realised that Dawn holds up her hand whenever Kel goes out. It seems that she wanted to wave bye bye to him but she didn't know how.
Dawn surprised me & Kel just now. I told her that Daddy is going to work work, so she has to wave bye bye to Daddy. To our surprise, she lifted up her left hand & actually waved bye bye to Kel. He was so happy that he gave her a lot of kisses. :p
My little gal is growing up already...
