This time round, the fault lies with this broken ring at the bottom of the pram. Even though it's not a major fault, we decided to bring it back to Mothercare for repairs as it was still within the warranty period. Kel was super fed up with me!! Coz it's the 2nd time that the stupid pram had spoilt!! He doesn't understand how come a $400 pram spoilts so easily!!
Initially Mothercare wanted to send it back to their Head Office for repairs, but Kel kicked up a big fuss there! He told the staff that this is the 2nd time whereby we had brought the pram back for repairs. This shows that the pram is not as reliable as it seems. Thus he wants a 1 to 1 exchange for it. The Mothercare staff had no choice but to do it for us.
As they had no more 2005 model's pram, we got a new 2006 model's pram. However, it was in red colour. Well, it's better than nothing. The best thing is: it's free!!

Even though it's very inconvenient for us, at least Daryl got to sit in a new pram again. :) Let's hope that the new pram will not give us anymore problems.
