When we were done, it's time to go to school.

Dawn carrying her school bag, for all of 2 minutes. After that she removed it & asked me to carry it. *roll eyes*

When we reached the school, Kel dropped us off while I brought the kids in.
Dawn's chubby hole for her to put her shoes in. When I saw it, I pointed it out to her & asked her whose chubby hole is that. She can tell me that it's mei mei's. I was so happy that I gave her a very big kiss.
When we entered the school, Dawn was a little bit overwhelmed & stuck to me like a leech. The 1st activity was the assembly session which they sang some songs. Dawn was not very interested in that as she didn't know most of the songs. After that, it was outdoor time. Dawn loves the playground as she had been playing there for some time already. This is coz I would let her play there for a while whenever I bring her along to pick up Daryl from school. The 1st equipment that she played was the slide.

Climbing up the slide by herself. She learnt how to climb up the slide after I taught her once only. She really picks things up very fast.

Next she went to the rocketship & climbed up halfway, then she came down as she didn't like it.
The next equipment was the playhouse. She went in & out of the playhouse a few times.
After the outdoor play time, it's snack time. Thus, all of us went inside to sanitise & wash their hands. Today's snack is apples.
Eating her apple. She had 2 slices of it as she like it. After snack time, it was Chinese lesson time. Teacher Chen taught them how to sing some chinese songs & read a story book to them. However, Dawn was not interested in it. Next was English lesson time. Teacher Grace taught them to sing some songs, but Dawn was also not interested. By then, most of the kids were restless already. Therefore, Teacher Grace decided to let them play with toys instead.

Sitting on my leg as she wanted me to carry her. Luckily I managed to distract her with the building blocks which Teacher Grace brought out.

Next, it was lunch time. Thus the kids helped to keep away the toys & went to sit at the table.
Today's lunch is noodles with soup. Dawn managed to eat 1/2 bowl by herself before turning to me & asking me to feed her. She managed to finish 3/4 of the noodles & all the soup.
After lunch, it was more play time as the kids took turns to be showered. Dawn didn't shower today as it was only her 1st day, so she played again.

When all the kids were showered, it was time for milk & nap. As it was Dawn's 1st day, she didn't showered or drink her milk. Instead, we went up to the 2nd floor to see Daryl. He was taking his shower when we went up. He was so happy to see us & showed off his mei mei to his classmates. I stayed around for a while & left when it was time for his nap.
Then it was time for Dawn & me to go home. Dawn was so tired that she slept on the way back home.
Overall, I think that she enjoyed her 1st day in school. However, the real test would be when she has to stay in school by herself. Hopefully she'll adjust soon.

ya, there are. think the school got so many activities to occupy the kids coz they are all so hyper...
